The Coxinha is a common Brazilian finger food. It has a crispy crust on the outside, a soft potato dough on the inside, and is stuffed with shredded chicken. It is served with a delicious homemade Brazilian cream cheese, microgreens, and pink peppercorn.

FEIJOADA - ONLY IN THE WINTER WITH RESERVATIONS

Feijoada is a black bean stew made from a variety of smoked and salted pork and beef. We use Picanha, Calabresa Sausage, Toscana Sausage, Pork belly and Pork ribs. The rich smoked stew is served with white rice, crackling, sauteed collard greens, orange slices, vinaigrette and farofa (toasted cassava flour).
BRAZILIAN AÇAÍ - ONLY IN THE SUMMER
The Açaí is a Brazilian fruit found in the Amazon Rainforest. This Fruity goodness is made from frozen açaí pulp freshly blended and served with strawberries, bananas, granola, honey, coconut, and condensed milk. (to make vegan the condensed milk can be substituted for agave).
